Effective January 1, 2023, I will no longer be doing any insurance billing, however I am happy to provide you with a statement (superbill) which will have all the information you need to file a claim with your insurance.

To find out what your coverage will be, you can call the Mental Health or Customer Service number on your ID card and ask about your deductible, and your "out of network mental health benefits." Specifically ask them if the percentage they pay is based on what they consider to be "usual and customary." This amount is often significantly less than the actual fee you pay and can greatly reduce your actual benefits.
